We'll be shipping your product by FedEx, because they're reliable and trackable and give great service. Occasionally we’ll use UPS, or we might use truck freight if it’s particularly large and heavy. In any case, ground shipping within the continental United States is FREE.

We will ship anywhere in the world, but extra charges will apply outside the continental U.S. -- email us at service@DirectInflatables.com for a price.  Weight of the shipment and distance to travel will determine the additional cost.

We'll generally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.   FedEx will get it to you in 1-5 business days from shipping day, depending on where you are in the U.S.
