We'll be shipping your product by UPS, or occasionally by Federal Express, because it's great service, trackable and efficient.  UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping within the continental U.S. is FREE.  We will ship anywhere in the world, but extra charges will apply outside the continental U.S. -- email us at service@DirectInflatables.com for a price.  Weight of the shipment and distance to travel will determine the additional cost. We will generally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.   UPS will get it to you in 1-5 business days from shipping day, depending on where you are in the U.S.

If you need faster shipping, give us a call at 1-800-651-0012 for a price.  We'll just charge the difference between the service you want and the regular ground service cost we'll pay.
